To understand what is going on inside the child’s brain imagine what it would be like to suffer an endless anxiety attack with your brain racing so you can’t be still. Further imagine that nobody understands that you are in distress and need help. Instead they blame you for your suffering. Despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary ill informed Teachers, Doctors, Psychiatrists say that Ritalin and other prescription drugs have few or no negative side effects for those children on such medication. Would they take those drugs themselves or would they inflict them on their children?
Your Choices If Your Child Has ADD/ADHD
I. You can do nothing and hope it will go away. Meanwhile your child suffers especially in school where he/she cannot cope with the discipline or learn effectively. The consequences can be devastating on both your child’s self confidence and academic ability. The negative results can be profound and lifelong.
II. You can allow your child to be medicated with Ritalin and be labelled as mentally ill. Ritalin is a street drug known as Speed which is closely related to Cocaine and is highly addictive. While your child will be quite in class his/her ability to learn will be impaired. Prolonged use of this drug which – will not solve the problem – can lead to physical and mental as well as addictive consequences if not worse.
III. You can safely and easily solve the problem once and for all and allow your child to lead the normal life he/she is entitled to and take full advantage of the learning opportunities in school as well as enjoying life in a normal way.
There is no need for dangerous drugs, the label of being abnormal, the stigma of mental illness or the destruction of the child’s future in any other way. This is a simple to solve problem. Your child needs you to make the right decision for the quality of his/ her life and his/her future now.
What Your Childs Condition Means For You.
Many though not all, children and people with the ADD/ADHD labels are of above average intelligence and/or are highly creative. They display abilities that most non ADD/ADHD children and people do not seem to have. Retaining those innate abilities while developing calmness and concentration can lead to greater use of these abilities in every aspect of learning, study, creativity and life in general.

ADD/ADHD is considered by Psychiatry to be a mental illness thus allowing them to legally prescribe drugs for its sufferers. When someone tells you that your child has ADD/ADHD they are saying your child is mentally ill. From that moment on the child is labelled and stigmatised. Those conditions – which are not mental illness – are caused by an over active fight or flight response in free flow which in turn leads to the predominant use of the old reptilian part of the brain. This can easily be corrected without drugs.
Everyone who primary functions from this area of the brain has ADD/ADHD. This part of the brain functions at 400% faster speed than the rest of the brain. A person with this brain predominance is out of synch with everybody else. They cannot retain information that they cannot receive or they receive it so fast that they become bored and fidgety while waiting for the snails to catch up. This results in problems with learning and school in general.
If most people’s brains including the teachers’ brains operated at this rate then those we now consider to be normal would be considered to be slow or even retarded. They would probably be prescribed Ritalin or Speed (The same thing) to correct their perceived abnormality with the hope that it would bring their brain and their thinking up to speed. Is this the future you want for your child?
Can this be corrected without drugs?
Indeed this condition can easily and quickly be corrected without drugs of any sort. Drugs do not correct the problem. They just cause more problems of an infinitely more serious nature which I will address later. When there is a proper balance between Oxygen O2 and Carbon Dioxide CO2 in the body and the brain the over active fight or flight response normalises. The brains activities then go back to normal functioning and ADD/ADHD disappears automatically. The additional good news is that any gifted capabilities that the previous sufferer may have had are retained.
The Solution
A series of simple exercises that any child can quickly learn and master can bring this about. These can be done by the child themselves or under the supervision or direction of a parent or teacher. A marked improvement will be noticed within one week. Within three weeks there will be no further evidence of ADD/ADHD providing the exercise regime is adhered to. Parents, doctors and teachers who have an interest in children attending our classes are invited to observe and participate for free.

We breathe more than we do anything else and the accumulative effects of poor breathing patterns are devastating. The chemical balance and function of the body and the brain are compromised as a result. Unfortunately most breathing advice is counterproductive. If anybody giving you breathing advice that cant eliminate Asthma symptoms within a week don’t listen. Their advice could be harmful. Diet can be very important.
Once the breathing process has been corrected people with ADD/ADHD can speed up their recovery or normalising process with the use of good diet. Diet drinks Chewing gum, and other so called foods or confections that say “diet” usually contain aspartame or other artificial sweeteners that make the condition worse so it is vitally important to removing them totally from the diet. It is a good idea also to eliminate refined sugar, artificial colouring and flavouring, and caffeine drinks. Eating oily fish at least twice a week or taking Omega-3 capsules is also beneficial. More important than any dietary considerations are the breathing exercises that are included in this programme.
Parents Can Help And Parents Need Help.
Parental support is essential and we will give them all the training and support they need to help their child to overcome and eliminate this problem. Parents need to be firm and consistent when dealing with an ADD/ADHD but no more so than with any other normal child. ADD/ADHD Children are normal despite what anybody – especially experts – who have a vested interest in labelling your child tells you. The key is to treat them no differently than other children apart from helping, monitoring and encouraging them with their ADD/ADHD Elimination Exercises. Sometime a little tough love goes a long way. The parents’ role is supremely important in helping the child to normalise his/her life. As part of our programme we train parents how to work with their children to eliminate this problem and establish a new relationship with their child so everybody can lead a normal life.

Avoid Labelling Your Child
Many if not all of those symptoms are common to children who do not have ADD/ADHD. So be careful that anyone should label your child. Remember they are suggesting or stating that your child has mental illness. I am not interested in labels. Those who are quick with labels are slow with solutions. However for your child’s wellbeing, quality of life and to avoid unnecessary conflict and the pressure to use harmful medication as well as your own peace of mind it is a good idea to participate in the programme. Your child’s quality of life and ability to relax and learn will enhance his/her quality of life in the present as well as create a future free of stress and full of opportunity. This will also free you from the stress of seeing what your child is going through and having to cope with it. Now is the time to act to avoid any more pain and conflict for both you and your child.
Assessment Process
Each child will be accessed individually and caringly and always in the presence of a parent. This assessment bears no relationship to those that are generally used in such cases. Their premise is wrong so their findings are consequently suspect at best. No labels will be imposed on the child. The assessment is simply to see if your child would respond positively and derive lasting benefits from the programme.
Those who are mainly inattentive are classed as ADD. Those who are mainly hyper-active are classed as ADHD. The difference between the two is mainly the severity. Many have a mix of the symptoms and are difficult to categorise precisely. We are concerned with solutions and not with labels or symptoms.
ADD/ADHD responds very well to this unique treatment.
The causes (Not understood by Psychiatrists) are an over active fight or flight response as well as sensitivity to sugars, artificial colouring and junk food.
Many argue that it is not a dysfunction. Who cares? Let’s get rid of it.
Anxiety and family reaction/school/medication/labelling/fighting it/work problems make it worse.
How long does it take for ADD/ADHD To Disappear?
This depends on the consistency of doing the exercises and the observation of the dietary considerations. Usually a week will see a marked improvement. Three weeks further on should see the elimination of ADD/ADHD for good.
If your child has been labelled with ADD/ADHD or if you as an adult have been so labelled, it is important to get help as soon as possible to avoid the continuation of the harrowing effects of ADD/ADHD and to avoid the pressure to medicate with its devastating results.
The Treatment
Between six and ten children can be treated simultaneously. The group situation works best. The advantage of the group is the encouragement of children to interact in a new and positive way with each other. They no longer feel different. The group dynamic will mirror how they will interact later in the classroom and in any other group situation with either children or adults. Parents are required to attend and are encouraged to participate fully. They will learn new skills in dealing with their now normal child. They may attend the class at no extra cost. Parents are taught how to monitor the child’s exercise. A new relationship of co-operation between child and parent is established. 4 half day classes once per week complete the programme. Children are dealt with on an individual as well as at a group level.
