It’s genetics numpty, that’s what evolution is. Evolution doesn’t happen overnight it stems from a series of genetical advances which increases due to breeding, we’re at the begining of an evolutionary change

Add is an evolutionary process, those with add dont follow a strict line of thought it allows them to think of new ideas, jumping from one to another, it’s the creative gene….both leonardo divinci and albert einstein would have had this. Personally i feel it’s incorrectly named, it’s simply another way of thinking. It’s not the learner it’s the teaching methods, one size does not fit all. Think outside the box!
